By using this website — browsing, creating an account, requesting a quote, or placing an order — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Services Described

Serene Glass LLC is a Houston, TX glazing company. Through this site you can request quotes, design a custom shower configuration, browse our portfolio, and order select hardware, samples, and services online. Larger installation projects are scoped through a quote request and finalized with a separate written proposal and deposit — using this website to request a quote or build a configuration does not, by itself, create a binding contract for installation work.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when creating an account, and let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access. Contractor pricing, where shown, is granted at Serene Glass's discretion to verified trade accounts and may be changed or revoked.

Orders & Payment

Prices shown in the Shop are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; the price charged is the price shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is mispriced, out of stock, or we suspect fraud — in which case we'll refund any payment already taken.

Quotes & On-Site Installation

Pricing and configurations shown through the Design Your Shower tool or a quote request are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed after an on-site measurement by a Serene Glass representative. Any actual installation work — scheduling, deposit, final price, and completion terms — is governed by the signed proposal/agreement for that project, not by this website.

Warranty

Installed glass work is covered by our written Serene Glass Limited Lifetime Warranty, provided at the time of installation and available above. In short: frameless shower enclosures carry a lifetime warranty against defective material to the original purchaser; framed/semi-frameless enclosures and enclosures purchased through a builder or contractor carry a one-year warranty. The warranty document is the full and controlling warranty for installed work — please read it in full, as it excludes certain items (including polished brass hardware, hard water staining, and damage from structural issues, misuse, or acts of God) and requires defects to be reported within 24 hours of installation.

Products purchased through the online Shop (hardware, samples, etc.) are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where one applies; we'll help facilitate a manufacturer claim if something arrives defective.

Intellectual Property

The text, photos, project images, and design of this site belong to Serene Glass LLC unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Photos of completed projects may include work performed for other homeowners or businesses, shown with permission to illustrate our craftsmanship.

Acceptable Use

Please don't use this site to submit false information, attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours, interfere with the site's operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers

This website and its content are provided "as is." While we work to keep pricing, availability, and project information accurate, we don't guarantee the site will be error-free or uninterrupted. Online estimates and configurator pricing are informational and subject to confirmation as described above.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Serene Glass LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits the warranty coverage or liability terms set out in a signed installation agreement or the Lifetime Warranty document, which control for actual installed work.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the site and our services evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
